As you start with dragonfable you start at oaklore which is the stepping stone before you can reach falconreach. Now here's the twist, you can actually go to falconreach with this very easy steps.
1. Create a player
2. Open cheat engine
3. Buy a dragon amulet
4. Get a quest
5. Use cheat engine to max your exp
6. Proceed to falconreach
